1.1. MUSICIIA provides an online platform that combines sound engineering, automated lyric writing, and generative artificial intelligence to transform your personal life stories into radio-quality studio songs.
1.2. Free Demonstration Preview Model: Users may submit stories and hear a bespoke 30-to-60 second audio preview with zero payment obligation. Purchasing the complete, high-definition studio master (320kbps MP3) is entirely optional.
2European Framework & Bespoke Digital Goods Exception
2.1. Master Governance: These terms are anchored in European Union consumer protection standards (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights).
2.2. Bespoke Custom Goods Legal Exception: Because each completed song is a personalized, intangible digital creation custom-made to your individual specifications (names, memories, specific milestones), under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and international bespoke goods provisions, the statutory right of withdrawal without cause does not apply once digital generation has commenced with your express consent and delivery of the final master file.
3Intellectual Property & Personal License
3.1. Upon completing your purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide personal license to download, play, share, post on personal social media, and enjoy your song at private events.
3.2. Commercial exploitation (reselling as a commercial artist on digital streaming platforms for commercial profit) is prohibited without prior written agreement from MUSICIIA.
4User Conduct & Content Restrictions
4.1. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to provide the memories and stories submitted and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
4.2. You agree not to submit content containing hate speech, harassment, defamation, threats, or unlawful material.
5Digital Delivery & File Access
5.1. Delivery is 100% digital and instant via your secure private order page and delivery email.
5.2. You retain ongoing streaming access and uncompressed file download capability as long as the service remains operational.
6Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
6.1. These Terms are governed by European Union general standards, without prejudice to non-derogable consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
6.2. Any disputes shall first be submitted to our customer care team for friendly, extrajudicial resolution.
